Invitations create real access and may send immediate email.
- Verify the person’s name and email address.
- Select the correct role and team.
- For a minor, verify the guardian address and relationship.
- Review the invitation list with another responsible staff member.
- Send invitations and monitor delivery.
If an invitation goes to the wrong address, contact support immediately and do not resend it.
